
History:
The sport of kayaking was originally a mode of transportation. In 1938, the first international kayaking event was held.
Rules:
There has to be at least three people for the race to take place, and no more than nine people in each heat or the final.
Kayaks must have a 18 x 20cm. white background metal plate with black numbers, height 15cm, and thickness 25mm.
Objective-
To be the first person to cross the finish line.
Field of Play-
-The course is definitely defined and has no obstacles
-The races include - 1000m - 500m - 200m
Equipment-
- light, narrow, open boat that is paddled by one person
- wide blade paddle with a single paddle
